Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

05Personal data protection

Data processing carried out through this website is subject to amended law n°1.165 of 23 December 1993, à la law n°1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data, and to the GDPR where it applies.

Data controller: Horae (marque Minervia).

Purposes and data collected: the website has three forms. The contact form collects your name, organisation, email address, business sector and description of your needs, in order to process your meeting request. Thesavings estimator collects your email address and the parameters you entered (sector, headcount concerned, hourly rate, resulting estimate), in order to send you the corresponding detailed analysis. The newsletter form collects your email address in order to send you our monthly analysis, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Legal basis: your consent, and Horae’s legitimate interest in responding to your request. Conservation : three years from our last contact, then deletion, unless a legal archiving obligation applies.

Recipients and processors: your data is not sold, transferred or used for advertising. It is processed only by the processors required to run the website: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Formspree, Inc. (receiving and routing forms), both established in the United States. Submitting a form therefore involves a transfer of your data outside the Principality of Monaco and outside the European Union. If you wish to avoid this transfer, write to us directly at basile@minerviaconsulting.com.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, which you can exercise at basile@minerviaconsulting.com. The competent supervisory authority is thePersonal Data Protection Authority (APDP) of Monaco; if you reside in the European Union, you may also contact the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

06Cookies and third-party services

This website is static and uses no cookies, advertising trackers or audience measurement tools: no information is stored on your device.

Fonts, however, are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com domains). This loading sends your IP address to Google. No cookie is set by this service, but it is a communication with a third party, which we disclose for transparency.

Any change (audience measurement, etc.) will be announced beforehand and, where applicable, subject to consent.

In particular, thesavings estimator provides orders of magnitude calculated from sector averages: its results are purely indicative and have no contractual value. Only an audit can cost a project. Minervia cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of these estimates.

This website and its legal notice are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Principality of Monaco.
