Why a sovereign CRM

Your client fileis your most sensitive asset.

  • 01Your data stays in MonacoClient records, interactions and documents are hosted in a data centre in the Principality. No transfer outside Monaco to justify, no data used to train a model.
  • 02Out of reach of the CLOUD ActYour data does not depend on a US vendor, which the CLOUD Act can compel to hand over data wherever it is stored, including in Europe.
  • 03The discretion your clients expectFor ultra-high-net-worth clients, knowing where their information sits is part of the service. Being able to answer “in Monaco” builds trust.
  • 04A tool that belongs to youConfigured around your processes, documented, with no lock-in: your data can be returned to you at any time, in a standard format.

The leading CRMs on the market are excellent tools, and some offer hosting in Europe. For a Monaco business the question lies elsewhere: who can access the data, under which law, and how quickly the tool is actually used by the teams. Read our analysis.

The benefits

For you,and for your clients.

Your business

A client relationship you steer

  • One history per client, shared by the team: the relationship no longer depends on a single person.
  • Follow-ups and deadlines tracked, opportunities no longer lost.
  • A clear answer to compliance questions: where the data is, who can access it, under which contract.
  • A tool people actually use, because it fits the way you work.

Your clients

Discretion, demonstrated

  • Their information stays hosted in Monaco.
  • A contact who knows their history, their languages and their preferences.
  • Fewer documents requested twice, smoother interactions.
  • The certainty that their data serves no purpose other than their relationship with you.

Compliance

Designed forthe Monegasque framework.

A CRM hosted in Monaco does not exempt you from any rule, but it simplifies several: no transfer outside the Principality to justify, a short and identified chain of providers. Our guide to law n°1.565 details the obligations triggered by client data processing.

01

Law n°1.565 on personal data

Transfers outside Monaco are regulated: free only to countries recognised as offering adequate protection, whose list was published in the Journal de Monaco in October 2026, and otherwise subject to safeguards or APDP authorisation. Hosting in Monaco removes the question.

02

Processing and security

The processing agreement required by the law, security suited to the risk, access logging and the procedure for notifying breaches to the APDP are in place from the start.

03

Professional secrecy and AML

For professions bound by secrecy or AML due diligence, the CRM centralises the relationship’s history and documents in a controlled environment, with access rights aligned with your organisation.

Frequently asked questions

Minervia CRM,in six questions.

The CRM is part of Minervia Studio, our custom tools.

Where is the CRM data hosted?

In a data centre located in Monaco. Your clients’ data does not leave the Principality and is never used to train an AI model.

Can you migrate the data from our current CRM?

Yes, migration is included: contacts, companies, interaction history, opportunities and attachments, from a market CRM, a spreadsheet or an address book. We check duplicates and data quality with your teams before the switch.

Is the CRM adapted to our processes?

It is configured around your processes, not the other way round: pipeline stages, client record fields, roles and access rights, message templates. It then evolves as you use it.

Who has access to the data?

Your teams, according to the rights you define, and nobody else. Every access is logged. Minervia only touches the data at your request, under a processing agreement compliant with law n°1.565.

What happens if we stop?

Your data belongs to you. It is returned in a standard format, with its documentation, at no exit cost.

How much does the CRM cost?

The price depends on the number of users, the modules and the migration involved. We provide a quote after a first 30-minute conversation.
