AI for yachtingin Monaco.

A yacht manager runs five trades at once: crew, formalities, maintenance, concierge, procurement. AI connects what fragmentation keeps apart, without ever exposing an itinerary or a guest’s identity.

Time is lost between the trades, not within them

In a yacht management company, AI replaces neither the captain nor the yacht manager. It removes the re-keying between crew, port formalities, maintenance and concierge, which today share no common source. For a team of ten, our estimator puts the time freed up in the first year at between 1,160 and 1,740 hours, on the sector’s three most common tasks.

A crew schedule cross-references STCW certificates, medicals, visas and the rest hours required by the MLC convention. A port call requires crew and passenger declarations in each port’s language and format. A well-designed agent tracks these deadlines, pre-fills forms from data already on file and flags a missing document before submission, not after a refusal at the quay.

We develop this reasoning, lever by lever, in our analysis AI as the operational layer of yachting.

Five tasks

What AI takes on.

Our estimator’s deliberately cautious assumptions: each task is weighted by the share of staff who actually perform it.

Weekly time measured for a staff member who actually performs the task. An audit replaces these averages with your figures.

What stays human. Crew composition, the relationship with the owner and guests, every safety decision on board. AI prepares and alerts; the captain and the yacht manager decide.

The framework

What the framework requiresof your project.

01

Discretion on itineraries and guests

Itineraries, passenger lists and contracts are hosted in Monaco or on a private European cloud, partitioned by yacht and by client. No data is used to train a third-party model and every access is logged, in line with law n°1.565.

02

Documented ISM and MLC compliance

The agent links every technical or regulatory deadline to its supporting document and alerts before expiry. It makes visible what needs to be seen; the decision stays with the captain and the chief engineer.

03

Traceable AML due diligence

Depending on their activity, intermediaries in the sector fall under the due diligence obligations of law n°1.362, supervised by the AMSF. AI prepares the files; the decision to take on a client remains human and reasoned.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions,our answers.

Twelve weeks at most from immersion to production, with a prototype on your real cases from week four. See the method.

Do itineraries and guest identities stay confidential?

Yes. The data is hosted in Monaco or on a private European cloud, partitioned by yacht and by client, and never used to train a third-party model. AI never addresses a guest directly: it prepares the replies, the crew approves them.

Can AI handle port call formalities?

It prepares them: each port’s requirements, pre-filled crew and passenger declarations, translation of the local form, a completeness check before submission. Submission and signature remain with the officer or the shipping agent.

Do we need to change our fleet management software?

No. We start from your existing tools, messaging and spreadsheets, and connect AI to them. Custom software is only proposed if the audit shows it brings real business value.

Do you work in English with international crews?

Yes. The tools work in French, English and the crew’s other languages, and we work with you in the language of your choice.

How soon do we see a first result?

A first prototype runs on your real cases within four weeks. The full cycle, from immersion to production, takes no more than twelve weeks, with a monthly review of measured gains.
