Immersion

1 to 2 weeks

We start where most AI projects never go: inside your offices. Interviews with leadership and teams, observation of real workflows (inboxes, files, line-of-business tools), timing of recurring tasks. The goal is not to sell a tool, but to understand where time is lost and where risk concentrates.

In parallel, we document your confidentiality constraints: professional secrecy, sector-specific requirements, sensitivity of client data. In Monaco, that register shapes the entire architecture that follows.

In Monaco: the whole immersion happens on site, in the Principality. No data leaves your walls at this stage.

Diagnosis

1 week

Every opportunity is scored on four criteria: time saved, implementation complexity, data sensitivity and return on investment. The result is a quantified opportunity matrix, prioritised with you, not for you.

The first use case gets a full business case: expected gains in hours and euros, target architecture, deployment plan. If your entity is eligible, we frame the file so it is directly compatible with a Blue Fund co-financing application.

Deployment in Monaco

4 to 8 weeks

A prototype runs on your real cases within two weeks. Then weekly iterations with end users, up to progressive production rollout. Your teams watch the tool evolve in front of them: that is the difference between a forgotten POC and an adopted agent.

The architecture keeps your data sovereign in Monaco: hosted with a local provider (Monaco Cloud, Monaco Telecom, Telis), on a private European cloud or on your premises. Data partitioning, access logging, compliance documentation.

Performance measurement and follow-up

Indicators are defined at diagnosis stage, not after the fact: hours freed per week, processing times, adoption rate across teams. A quantified report every month. A strategic review every quarter, to decide on extending to the next use cases.

We train your teams to run the tool without us. Our goal is your autonomy, not your dependence: documentation is complete, skills are transferred, and you own the whole thing.

How much does a Minervia mission cost?

Every mission is quoted after the initial framing: the cost depends on the number of processes involved, data sensitivity and the integrations required. The diagnosis gives you a complete costing before any commitment, and the Blue Fund can cover up to 70% of the project for eligible entities. Phased payment is possible.

Does our data leave Monaco?

No. The architecture is defined at diagnosis stage so your data stays hosted in the Principality (Monaco Cloud, Monaco Telecom, Telis), on a private European cloud or on your own servers. It is never used to train third-party models, and every access is logged.

Do we need an in-house technical team?

No. We design, deploy and train. The tools are built for business users, not engineers: your teams take them over during the weekly iterations, and the documentation we hand over lets them run everything without us.

How fast do we see results?

A prototype runs on your real cases within two weeks, and the first gains are measurable within a month. The full cycle, from immersion to production, never exceeds twelve weeks.

What if the tool does not deliver?

You will see it quickly: indicators are defined at diagnosis stage and tracked in the monthly report. If the numbers are not there, we adjust the tool or redirect the use case. And since you own everything, with no proprietary lock-in, you keep your freedom at all times.

Isn't ChatGPT enough?

For general questions, yes. For your operations, no: consumer tools send your data outside Monaco, know nothing about your files or procedures, and offer no guarantee of law n°1.565 compliance. We deploy agents connected to your tools and your data, in a Monaco-hosted, auditable setup.

How do we know if we are eligible for the Blue Fund?

Eligibility mainly depends on your entity being registered in the Principality and on the nature of the project (AI and data integration qualify). We check your eligibility from the first conversation and frame the file so it is ready to submit. Details on our Blue Fund financing page.
