Discretion on properties and clients
Mandates, addresses, identities and financial capacity are hosted in Monaco or on a private European cloud and are never used to train a third-party model. Every access is logged, in line with law n°1.565.
Sector · Prime real estate
Mandates, documents, listings in several languages, buyer enquiries to qualify: a Monaco agency handles a high volume of paperwork for high-stakes transactions. AI takes on the repetitive share, with the discretion the Principality demands.

In an agency, AI files mandate documents, writes and translates listings, matches enquiries with available properties and prepares due diligence files. The agent keeps the viewing, the negotiation and the relationship. For a team of ten, our estimator puts the time freed up in the first year at between 1,220 and 1,840 hours, on the sector’s three most common tasks.
In Monaco, real estate combines two requirements: discretion about properties and client identities, and enhanced due diligence obligations. Real estate agents are subject to law n°1.362 on anti-money laundering, supervised by the AMSF. A complete, traceable file from the first contact serves both.
Law n°1.252, which governs the real estate professions, is also the subject of a reform bill (professional card, continuing training). Documented, traceable processes make each of these changes easier.
Five tasks
Our estimator’s deliberately cautious assumptions: each task is weighted by the share of staff who actually perform it.
| Task | Weekly time | Automatable share | Staff involved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Document & mandate management | 5 h | 65% | 70% |
| Brochures & listings | 4 h | 70% | 40% |
| Property / buyer matching | 5 h | 60% | 80% |
| Planning & zoning watch | 3 h | 55% | 25% |
| Lead qualification | 5 h | 60% | 80% |
Weekly time measured for a staff member who actually performs the task. An audit replaces these averages with your figures.
What stays human. The viewing, the negotiation, advice on price, the relationship with seller and buyer. And the decision to take on a client: AI prepares the due diligence file, the agent decides.
The framework
01
Mandates, addresses, identities and financial capacity are hosted in Monaco or on a private European cloud and are never used to train a third-party model. Every access is logged, in line with law n°1.565.
02
AI collects documents, cross-checks information and flags inconsistencies. The decision to take on a client remains human, logged and reasoned, as the AMSF expects.
03
Descriptions are written from the mandate data, then reviewed by the agent before publication. No floor area, price or feature is ever invented.
Frequently asked questions
Twelve weeks at most from immersion to production, with a prototype on your real cases from week four. See the method.
Yes, from the mandate data: description, highlights, translations into English, Italian or Russian. The agent reviews before publication, and nothing is added that is not in the file.
It sorts incoming enquiries, asks the first questions (budget, timing, criteria), matches each enquiry with available properties and prepares a summary. The agent chooses whom to call back first.
AI prepares the due diligence file: document collection, consistency checks, alerts. The decision to take on a client remains the agent’s, logged and reasoned. We never automate a compliance decision.
No. We connect AI to your current tools (transaction software, email, document sharing) and only propose custom development if the audit demonstrates its value.
In Monaco or on a private European cloud, as agreed at the diagnostic stage. The data is never used to train a third-party model, and every access is logged.
